Earlier this month, in partnership with Bristol WORKS, we were delighted to provide insight and experience in planning, design and development to students from Ashton Park School in Bristol. The students visited our development site in Westbury Park and were given the opportunity to design the purpose of one of the buildings on site.
The site is on the grounds of the former St Christopher’s School, which closed in 2020, and comprises around 93,000 sq ft of existing buildings including the Grade-II listed Grace House. Socius have teamed up with ethical investor FORE Partnership and extra care operator, Amicala to deliver their first extra care community in Bristol.
