We've published our Social Impact Report 2025!
From Sutton to Cambridge (and plenty in between), this year was about turning ideas into action and making sure our projects create real benefits for the people around them.
Between November 2024 and October 2025, we delivered:
£60m+ invested in local economies
£162,658 of direct social impact through Socius and Populate
3,400+ jobs supported
150+ apprenticeships and training weeks
1,103 hours of staff volunteering
£17,314 raised and donated to brilliant causes
At the London Cancer Hub, in partnership with Aviva, we exceeded our early-stage social value target (already hitting 111%) through workshops, volunteering, careers support and community partnerships.
In Cambridge, our projects with Railpen continue to deliver meaningful impact. Mill Yard generated over £16m in social value this year alone, while Botanic Place is building strong foundations for long-term impact as construction progresses.
And 2025 marked Populate’s first full year in action, from markets and cultural events to launching new community padel courts in Sutton.
Beyond our projects, our team clocked up nearly 1,000 volunteering hours, supported 51 weeks of work experience and continued to strengthen how we measure and report impact as a B Corp.
We’re proud of the progress, and already focused on going further in 2026.
