Supporting Bristol's Covid booster drive

Socius alongside our partners, ethical investor FORE Partnership and later living operator Amicala have teamed up with Whiteladies Medical Group to run a Covid-19 booster vaccination clinic at the St Christopher’s site in Westbury Park. This is in light of the urgent need to deliver booster vaccinations to prevent the spread of the Omicron Variant.

Whiteladies Medical Group is diverting as many staff as possible to its vaccine clinics with the aim of delivering another 15,000 vaccines before the end of 2021.

Dr Lee Salkeld, Partner at Whiteladies Health Centre who is overseeing the roll-out at St Christopher’s said: “The clinic has run really smoothly and we have vaccinated some of the guardians who live on site.”

Lucinda Mitchell, Project Director at Socius, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer our support with the vaccination roll-out and help facilitate the Covid booster programme at our St Christopher’s site in Westbury Park.
