New drone footage from Mill Yard captures the scale of the emerging neighbourhood as the Cambridge development enters its final stages.
All six buildings are now up, with façades taking shape across the scheme and the new public spaces between them becoming increasingly visible.
Over the coming months, scaffolding will begin to come down, revealing the buildings properly for the first time as the project moves towards completion in 2027.
Developed in partnership with Railpen, Mill Yard will bring new workspace, homes and amenities to the heart of Cambridge, alongside a new 1.5-acre public park.
With the main structures now complete, the latest aerial footage offers one of the clearest views yet of how the different elements of Mill Yard come together – and the scale of the transformation taking place.
