What can Socius do to help you deliver more social value?
That was the question Managing Director, Barry Jessup, left on our minds at the first-ever Socius Impact Showcase, which took place at Fora in Borough, earlier this week.
Chaired by Head of Engagement and Social Value, Liam Ronan-Chlond, the packed-out room of real estate representatives and partner organisations, heard from industry experts, Dr Kelly Watson from Hatch, Kristina Arsenievich of Barings, Wesley Ankrah from Savills, ACH Refugee Integration Services Provider’s Paul Hassan and our Director, Olaide Oboh.
Discussions centred around the role social value plays in achieving combined profit and purpose objectives and brought together speakers and experts with differing opinions, experience and involvement within the real estate sector.
We received an overwhelmingly positive response to our first showcase and we’re already looking forward to hosting the next one.
