Socius led the acquisition, design and planning for Members Hill, a 10-acre site close to Weybridge town centre. The design includes the sensitive repurposing of existing buildings on the site, saving over 3,000 tonnes of carbon, on-site renewable energy generation and new landscaped parkland.
The new retirement community in Weybridge will comprise 205 purpose-built, age-appropriate homes for sale alongside a range of amenities that will be accessible to the wider community including a hydro-pool, exercise studio and café enabling residents to live active and healthy lives.
Planning consent was granted in March 2023 with construction expected to commence in Autumn 2023.

Socius acquired the existing office building set within a 10 acre site with Amicala and Oaktree in 2022. Working with AHMM, the design was based around the retention of much of the existing building, resulting in a saving of 30,000 tonnes of CO2. Planning consent was achieved in March 2023.
