Socius have teamed up with ethical investor FORE Partnership and extra care operator, Amicala to deliver their first extra care community in Bristol.

The site is on the grounds of the former St Christopher’s School, which closed in 2020, and comprises around 93,000 sq ft of existing buildings including the Grade-II listed Grace House.

Following a detailed design, consultation and engagement process, which has been led by Socius, the proposed plans for St Christopher’s Square were submitted and will deliver one of the first net zero communities in the UK with 122 homes for seniors as well as a café, wellness centre, and activity rooms.
