Take up of office space in the South East is on the rise

Edward Street Quarter features in the latest Property Week, showcasing the £120m redevelopment of the former AMEX House which has provided 125,000 sq ft of workspace, alongside 40,000 sq ft of leisure space and 168 homes.

Cieran Nerval writes about the office bounce back after the pandemic with an increase in leasing activity across the South East. Nerval states that this is largely driven by bigger firms returning to office working, albeit in smaller numbers. Market experts are seeing the strongest rental growth in areas such as Brighton.
